Are you ready to spread your wings? Red Bull recruits a new Communication Specialist on Facebook. Pictures of worldwide Red Bull events, organised by the brand itself, were uploaded on the profile page of recruiter Carlijn Sas. If you could see yourself in one of the photos, generating kick-ass content for the Dutch media, you could tag yourself. A viral effect was created. The recruiter received 102 applications and Red Bull was put on the map as the organiser of the coolest events of the galaxy. The campaign was highlighted in the media as an example of contemporary job recruitment.
